1. Order Processing
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT) — orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information (where available).
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United Kingdom (UK)
If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@petfountain.shop, and we will confirm if delivery can be arranged.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time for all destinations is between 6 and 12 days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier operations. Orders placed during busy periods or holidays may experience slight delays.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is available for your shipping method).
Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees,
the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
A reshipping fee may apply if you request the order to be sent again.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packing your order, but if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Please contact the carrier using your tracking number, and

We will assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Shipping Restrictions
